It's a Girl!!!!

I haven't felt like this pregnancy is any different at all from the last two, but I still wasn't surprised when we saw that it was a girl. Two boys and a girl, ideal, at least for me. It's going to be great to get to go shopping :) Hopefully she doesn't have huge feet like her brothers.

Change

Mike got called out on a business trip the day we were supposed to find out what we are having, so we changed the doc. appointment to the 3rd, which is my dad's birthday. Maybe grandpa will find out for his birthday that he is finally getting a granddaughter (fingers crossed).

July 7

So, on July 7, we find out what this baby is. Kai thinks it's a boy and a girl, Mike really wants a girl and I'm feeling that it's another boy, so it will be a surprise no matter what.

Emotional

Apparently, I am totally in my emotional phase of my pregnancy. I cry at everything, it's pathetic really. Today I am talking about Ethan (brother on mission) today with Kai and start crying. Every single show or movie I watch, I cry. American Idol and Dancing with the Stars are going to be tough.

How far along are you?

I was laughing the other day because people always ask me how far along I am and it made me think about being pregnant with Kai. When you are pregnant with your first (at least this is how I was), I knew, to the day, how far along I was. I could tell you the size of the baby and the changes my body was making. I would check babycenter.com every day and see how I was coming along. I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what was going on and exactly what I could and couldn't do. With this one, I know I'm due on November 30th, think I'm about 11 weeks along and I'm pretty much going to do what I feel comfortable doing. I haven't checked the internet once, my belly is already getting big, which means I will just be sad when I find out the baby is the size of a peanut and I already look way farther along than I am. It's amazing how things change from first pregnancy to third.

I haven't written much because I am hardly ever on the computer due to my continuing sickness with this pregnancy. And to top it all off, I get motion sickness, not just in the car, but also working on the computer. How lame is that? So it makes it even harder to get on the computer with updates. Turns out, motion sickness while working on the computer is not all that uncommon, so now I don't feel quite as dumb. Hopefully the sickness and tiredness subsides in the next couple weeks, once I am out of the first trimester and I can continue to post funny things about my pregnancy.

So, I decide today that I want some mint brownies, so I make myself some mint brownies and while they are cooking I watch Gilmore Girls. Well, on the show, Lorelai comes up to Lukes apartment with a pie. Needless to say, now I want a pie, cherry. So I call up my hubby and tell him that I want a pie, he's at work of course and can't really do anything about my sudden craving, so that's the end of that. Well then he walks in the house from work and has a bag for me. They didn't have a cherry pie, so he got me a box of cherry Cutie Pies, which turned out to be better than a pie. What a good hubby I have :)
Ok, so I am way more sick with this kid than either of my other two. This baby does not like food, to eat or smell. Actually, any smell is not good, whether it's food or perfume, nothing makes this baby happy. And Diet Coke....yuk. How sad is that? Anyone who knows me, knows I live for Diet Coke. Also, I am so tired, maybe it's because I don't work, so I'm home thinking about how tired I am on my comfy couch. But, I tell ya, I take a nap every day, sleep for like 10 hours at night and still feel sleep deprived. Maybe these are all signs of a girl, crossing fingers.
